Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) will be undertaking a framework contract to appoint building construction partners to carry out construction, building and related works on behalf of CBC and/or other public contracting authorities and bodies governed by public law within East Anglia (UKH), Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire (UKF2) and Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire (UKJ1).The Framework comprises of six LOTS, to deliver construction projects of differing values and needs comprising of new build projects and large scale refurbishment:LOT 1 - covers the construction value range of projects between £0k to £750kLOT 2 - covers the construction value range of projects from £750k to £2.0mLOT 3 - covers the construction value range of projects from £2.0m to £8.0mLOT 4 - covers the construction value range of projects in excess of £8.0m - £15.0mLOT 5 - covers the construction value range of projects in excess of £15m +LOT 6 - Modular and temp classroom buildings
