Description
The BFI requires a Supplier to deliver Anti-Racism Induction Training. The Training Consultant will be required to design a training package and delivery schedule so that the BFI offers regular anti-racism training to new starters.
Each incoming cohort will represent mixed and intersectional groups from job role and level as well as personal race identification. The training should bring our staff cohort to a standard level of knowledge and practise in anti-racism principles to ensure we become an anti-racist employer and public facing organisation.
