Jospeh Rowntree Housing Trust requires a 100% stock condition survey and Energy Performance Certificate and associated thermal performance data surveys to be carried out to its 1,605 (need to decide which homes we do include) regulated homes. JRHT intends to outsource the entire survey, management and data uploading process.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

JRHT owns and manages approximately 2,600 homes predominantly in and around York but also in Leeds, Scarborough, Hartlepool and rural Ryedale villages. Of the 2,600 homes, many are let as single rooms as part of residential care or supported housing settings and others are leasehold sales which are not covered by the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing. A further group of homes are in the ownership of Clifton Estates, an associated entity, and again are not covered by the requirements of the RSH.

JRHT requires the entire survey process to be managed by the service provider. JRHT will provide the service provider with a list of addresses and resident contact details and will also provide access via user licences to our Keystone/Civica Cx asset management system to the service provider. JRHT expects the service provider to contact residents, arrange appointments for surveys and upload completed surveys to JRHT's system.
