Description

Re-procurement of the custodial Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme, which is expected to be a concessionary arrangement. The requirement covers the management and administration of the Custodial Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme and providing an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. Concessionary contract values are calculated based on estimated revenues - the current estimate for this scheme is circa £290m for the duration of the contract but this is very much subject to interest rates.
