two.1.4) Short description
Anchor is looking to appoint two Contractors to deliver it's programme of internal and external decorations to all property tenure types. The Contract will be split into a North and South region.
The successful bidders will be responsible for carrying Internal and External Decorations works and services as part of our asset investment programme. The Contract will typically deliver the following;
• Internal communal areas (all previously decorated only)
o Walls, ceilings, doors, lift doors, windows, handrails and any previously decorated areas.
• External areas (all previously decorated only)
o Car park lining/bays, metal rails, railings, handrails, timber fascia, soffit, gable end boarding, timber cladding, gas/electric meter covers, timber gates, perimeter timber fences, drying area timber fences, bin store doors, estate signage post and rails and any other previously decorated areas.
The contract will be based on the JCT Measured terms (2016 ) with Anchor’s standard amendments.
