The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a suitable contractor to carry out the following six Environmental Specialist Cleaning Services within the Borough.
A. Emptying & Cleaning of Dog Fouling Bins
B. Collection and Disposal of Clinical /Offensive Waste
C. Cleaning of Open Access Public Toilets
D. Dead Animal Collection
E. Asbestos Removal
F. Collection and processing of waste materials from land in the open air/commercial and private dwellings.
The tender sets out the requirements for each service and the Council intend to award the contract starting from February 2022 (subject to TUPE requirements) for a period of one (1) year with the option to extend for a further one (1) year.
The estimated contract value will be £660k (£330k per annum).
TUPE regulations will apply under this contract.
