Guildford Borough Council is seeking Tenderers to submit rates for a variety of Services that are required in order to create a dedicated framework to be utilised across the Council. The framework is split into five Lots with Services and Specialisms within those Lots. Tenderers are invited to submit a tender in respect of more than one Lot, and any Service/Services and Specialisms within that Lot. Where the Council has identified a property, space or holdings which it wishes to acquire an asset valuation will be required for the purposes of providing expert opinion that the Council is paying the best price for the acquisition of an asset. The valuation will, where specified, be in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Global Standards for the legal property interest to be transferred.
