two.2.4) Description of the procurement

We are looking to appoint a contractor to carry out kitchen and/or bathroom replacements in our occupied and void properties. The contractor will also be expected to undertake major void works and carbon improvements. An ambition of the contract is that all void properties will be returned to us with a minimum EPC Rating of a Band C. Approximate contract value of £4m per year, fixed term period of 3 years and two optional 2 year extension clauses, giving a maximum contract length of seven years.
