Market Engagement Notification

Project: AS21085 Connect to Support Hampshire

Hampshire County Council are seeking providers within the IT web-based platform field to attend a Market Engagement event. The aim of the event is to provide an opportunity for potential bidders with information on the requirements for one web-based platform for birth to death information, advice and directories, meeting statutory requirements for Hampshire County Council to discuss what systems are available and what we are able to achieve for Hampshire residents and service providers on the platform.

We would like to discuss further, amongst other areas, at the event:

- The provision of a one-stop platform for residents and stakeholders to go for birth to death information and advice and how the volume of site visitors can be handled.

- One URL/site to direct people using the site to the information required with the least clicks possible.

- Utilising chat box options

The event will be held via Microsoft Teams on:

Wednesday 6th July at 10:30am - 12:00noon.

Prior to the event we would really appreciate if you may complete the questionnaire located at our e-tendering site detailed below, to aid us to understand factors of our requirement and allow opportunity for further discussion to inform the service specification.
