The procedure will be two stage Stage 1 - PSQ - Technical - 100% Weighting - Up to 8 highest scoring Suppliers to progress
Stage 2 - ITT - Technical 40% - Commercial 60% weighting - 3 Suppliers to be awarded a framework.
