Network Homes is a Housing Association, based in Wembley. Our Head office “The Hive” is a new hi-spec office block located next to Wembley Stadium. We have excess floor capacity which we would like to let on a serviced office basis, we are looking for a partner to advise the most appropriate way to transform the space into a flexible workspace to maximise letting potential, and to market and manage this workspace. The space is 26974 sq ft and is split equally over 2 floors. Specification - 4 pipe fan coil air conditioning - Secure cycle spaces and lockers - Showers - Raised access floor - Targeting BREEAM Excellent - Targeting EPC B (27)
