Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust wish to enter into a Design and Build Contract to develop 123 new build houses and apartments for social rent and shared ownership at Willow bank and Acacia Avenue, New Earswick, York.The Contractor is requested to return a tender price for achieving the specification and a second price for achieving ‘Net Zero.The Contractor will be responsible for appointing the Architect, Structural engineer and Building Regulations Principal Designer post tender. The Contractor will be able to choose their preferred engineer for the post tender stage. The Employer’s Agent will be retained by the Employer during the construction stage. The contractor will employ all other consultants necessary to complete the development
