Langstane Housing Association are procuring the services of a suitably accredited and experienced supplier to carry out planned inspections and testing and reactive maintenance of fire alarms (30 addresses), emergency lighting (51 addresses), CCTV (5 addresses), smoke detection systems (30 addresses), dry risers (24 addresses), extinguishers (8 addresses), sprinklers (2 addresses), dor-guard equipment (4 addresses) and key holding/alarm response (2 addresses). Please note that number of addresses may increase or decrease over the duration of the contract and are being provided to give potential bidders an indication of volumes.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Langstane Housing Association wish to procure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the maintenance and repair of Fire Safety equipment, Emergency Lighting and CCTV installations across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. There may be some upgrade work also awarded on an ad hoc basis. The contract is for 3 years with a possible 2-year extension. Emergency orders must be completed within 4 hours and routine orders within 10 days.
