Provision of project management/development services within the social housing sector in Scotland.

This will include the following:

delivery and project management of affordable housing to required timeframes, cost and quality required by Govan HA;

finance and development appraisals;

financial management;

appointing, leading and monitoring multi-functional consultancy teams to deliver housing;

submissions to grant provider using the HARP administration process.

coordinating procurements via PCS/ FTS

delivering training to staff and Management Committee within the social housing sector

presenting to and working with governing bodies within the social housing sector

advising Govan HA on social housing policy and developing/drafting in-house policies
