The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire is engaging the market in regards to an anticipated tender opportunity for Beacon Case Managed Victim Services for victims of crime within the county of Hertfordshire. The Authority is open to supplier questions in relation to this opportunity, the Authority also intend to hold a supplier engagement event.
The Beacon Case Managed Service will be available to all victims of crime regardless of when the crime was committed or whether the crime has been reported. Individuals will be supported on the journey to recovery by case managed support dependent on the individual’s needs and wishes.
The service offered and expertise available will focus on specialist provision to victims of
fraud, victims of stalking, victims of sexual and domestic abuse, victims aged under 18 years old, and other victims entitled to ‘Enhanced Rights’ under the VCoP.

Anticipated engagement event date: Supplier Engagement dates are subject to change; formal invitations will be sent closer to the event date;
Event 1: Beacon Case managed Services: 9th September 2021, am 2.5 hour session
If deemed necessary though engagement of this PIN a second event on ‘How to Tender’ can be facilitated.
Event 2: ‘How to Tender’ 9th September 2021, pm 1.5-hour session.
