L&Q are looking for an expression of interest to construct three apartments in Waltham Forest for affordable rent. The project has got planning permission for a three storey block containing three dwellings, which are one 3b5p (GF) and two 2b4p (1F and 2F) plus an existing switch room. The works includes the demolition of the redundant garages on the site and the new built using modern methods of construction (MMC) to a high sustainability specification meeting the indicative Future homes standard. Planning permission will expire on the 30th of January 3023 hence the start on site prior to 29th of January 2023
