Description

The provision is a public health service that has been offered to all GP practices in Thurrock. The service encompasses delivery of smoking cessation support and the mandatory NHS Health Check programme.

GPs offer a targeted approach to the provision of health checks and offer wide and equitable access to health checks across Thurrock.
