• A recurring theme across public and private sectors is the time and cost over-runs suffered by complex projects. A major contributor cited is the lack of realism when forecasting resources required to fulfil project outcomes. RCF training will provide attendees with techniques to ‘counterbalance’ cost and time optimism at strategic decision points.
