Liverpool City Council is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary consultant team to assist the Council in preparing a development brief for the residential-led redevelopment of Festival Gardens.

The brief will set out the Council’s aspirations to create a thriving, sustainable, healthy and inclusive new neighbourhood for south Liverpool with a strong identity and sense of community.

Once appointed the team will work closely with Council officers to produce a development brief which will then be advertised to the market. Following on from this the team will assist the Council in managing procurement of high-calibre and experienced development partner to ensure the highest quality of development for this renowned waterfront site.
