The Agreement may be extended for a further maximum period of one year, to be agreed annually between the Parties. Any extension will be via the change control process as details in the contract terms and conditions. Defra will use reasonable endeavours to facilitate any extension before the Agreement expires, the supplier should be aware that any work undertaken before an electronically approved addendum is approved by both Defra and the supplier is undertaken at the supplier’s own risk
