Those duties relate to decisions on whether to grant exemptions to the restrictions the Regulations place on substances that can be used in the production of manufactured goods.

Defra will use reasonable endeavours to facilitate any extension before the Agreement expires, the supplier should be aware that any work undertaken before an electronically approved addendum is approved by both Defra and the supplier is undertaken at the supplier’s own risk
