two.1.4) Short description

Pioneer is a growing family of 4 schools based in Berkshire. We are a values-led, evidence-informed organisation, driven to invest intelligently in our people, inspire collaboration and pioneer ways of bettering society through education so all learners across the Trust have equal access to an exceptional education.

In line with our name, we seek to pioneer finding creative and innovative solutions to complex situations. We never rest on our laurels but strive for excellence in all that we do. We encourage the pupils in our schools to demonstrate the 'pioneering spirit':

• Seeking to learn and understanding there's so much more to learn

• Challenging and questioning what seems to be impossible

• Yearning for deeper knowledge and understanding

• Enduring setbacks and rejoicing in achievement

• Pushing boundaries to discover new territories

• Paving the way for others to follow

• Taking the initiative and taking the lead

Our Pioneer Offer (pupil enrichment programme) encourages our pupils to exemplify the pioneering spirit pushing themselves beyond their comfort zone, taking intelligent risks and demonstrating a responsibility to better society. Pupils who go above and beyond in demonstrating this spirit are recognised by achieving a 'Pioneer Award'.

Equally, our colleagues are supported to take intelligent risks, push the boundaries of what is thought possible and be aspirational in what they can achieve professionally. To deliver this, our Pioneering Leadership Programme coaches all colleagues to seek heat experiences, engage in colliding perspectives and achieve elevated sense-making. Our colleagues continually seek to pioneer, challenge the status quo and, as a result, never accept mediocrity.

This procurement encompasses the items noted below. In essence, this procurement is all about identifying a single supplier to provide a fully outsourced ICT managed service. At the sole discretion of the Trust any future schools that the Trust may incorporate into the Trust will also be added to the ICT contract. Any additional schools will co-terminate to the end same end date of the initial contract.

The Managed Service Provider may also be required to deliver a range of technology and change management projects
