English Heritage are replacing our existing EPoS and Ticketing solutions that are used by our 103 pay to enter sites to support retail, food and beverage and ticketing sales. The solution will utilise our existing EPoS hardware (tills, scanners, printers) where possible, which will need to be fully supported. The project is divided up into two distinct deliverablesLot 1 EPoS and Ticketing solution implementation and software support partner. Lot 2 Support Partner for the Provision of EPoS Terminal Image Management plus EPoS hardware and associated peripherals support. English Heritage wants to ensure this opportunity is open to a broad range of businesses, and accordingly tenderers may submit tender responses for one or both of the above lots. The award for each lot will be determined separately but bidders may be awarded more than one lot if they are the highest scoring across multiple lots.
