Campus Food and Drink wish to appoint a suitably experienced partner (concessionaire) with significant high volume retail catering and hospitality experience to provide a catering unit / café concession - located in the Atrium which links the main teaching building, the Peter Froggatt Centre, to the School of Law. This facility is adjacent to the iconic Graduate School and is right in the heart of the main University campus. A successful café ‘Junction’ has operated in the area for the last ten years, as the catering unit will form part of a Student Hub / transition zone tables and chairs are provided by the University for use by customers and there are seats for around 100 people in the café area.The concession agreement starts 1 August 2024 and the unit is expected to be operational by the end of August ahead of term starting in September. The successful concessionaire is expected to provide a retail catering offer throughout the year to support the students, staff and visitors to the University. The following are the minimum required hours of operation:- Term Time September to December and January to May- Monday- Thursday 7.30am – 5pm, Friday 7.30am – 3pm - Outside of term time: June, July and August- Monday- Thursday 7.30am – 4.00pm, Friday 7.30am - 3.00pm
