• Council Tax and Business Rates (including Business Improvement District levy)

• Parking Services & Moving Traffic Enforcement to include all Parking Penalty Charge Notices issued via Camera Device Enforcement or by a Civil Enforcement Officer.

• Sundry Debts (these are all other debts not described above, e.g. commercial rent arrears, care costs, housing benefit overpayments, former tenant rent arrears and maintenance & repair costs).
