Corrigendum Notice 2018/S 198-449107 clarified that the contract duration excluding extension periods is 132 months and not 108 months as stated in the original OJEU contract notice. That is an implementation period of up to 24 months and 108 months 9 years from when the system goes live. Following this the contract has the option to extend the contract for 3 further periods of 12 months. The solution may also be required to support the integration of LPS's other ICT systems and infrastructure. This contract will be primarily be used by the Department of Finance's LPS but may also be used by other NICS Departments, their Agencies and other Non-Departmental Public Bodies. The services that may be required by the parties to the contract will be complimentary to those provided under the Revenues and Benefits Delivery Partner Contract. As indicated in the contract notice 2018/S 195-441388 the potential total value of the contract over the maximum contract term ranges from 20,000,000 GBP to 80,000,00 GBP exclusive of VAT.
