Aspire are looking for a service provider to undertake Legionella Risk Assessments for Aspire Housing – working inline with relevant legislation and guidance.
Providing comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessment reports, Asset register and schematic diagrams, Risk ratings and recommended control measures and Guidance on compliance and ongoing management.
We cannot accept bids from Aspire Housings current legionella remedials Service Provider (SP) to ensure non conflict of interest.
