Opportunity to deliver the provision of servicing, maintenance and responsive repairs to domestic lifts in our homes. Service delivery is anticipated to commence on 14 October 2024 for an initial period of 2 years to 14 October 2026. Subject to satisfactory performance, Moat will have the option to extend for additional periods of up to three further years, unless the Contract ends or is terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. The total maximum contract term, including possible extensions, is five (5) years.
Moat intends to award one contract to a single supplier to deliver the works on our behalf.
