two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Balshaw’s Church of England High School is a mixed Voluntary Controlled Church of England state secondary school founded in 1782 by Richard Balshaw. The School is located in Leyland, Lancashire with 922, 11-16-year-old, students currently on roll and circa 60 teaching staff and 40 non-teaching staff. Balshaws CE High School are looking for a finance lease provider to facilitate the supply of student laptops for parents to fund over a fixed timescale through a monthly payment.

Whilst the School are tendering the finance lease, the lease agreement will be with parents/guardians.
