Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to appoint up to two Contractors to a four year framework, under which the Contracting Authority may enter into a NEC4 Term Service Short Contract (TSSC) for the Survey, Supply, Installation, Maintenance and Recovery of Overhead Tracking Hoists in Domestic Premises, as prescribed by Belfast Health and Social Care Trusts Occupational Therapists, subject to ongoing satisfactory performance. The above EU Procurement has been deemed a 'Mixed Procurement' under the Public Contracts Regulations where 'Service' is the predominant procurement type. The Framework(s) and Contract(s) shall be awarded on the basis of the 'Lowest Acceptable Price'.
