Section seven. Changes
seven.1) Information to be changed or added
seven.2) Other additional information
The information in Section 4 of the PIN has been updated following a rebasing exercise (numbering continues on from PIN).
4.6 The service is funded under a locally agreed tariff split into 2 equal payments paid separately for those who start the programme and for those who complete the programme. It should be noted that not all patients starting the programme will complete the programme to generate a completers payment. However, there is the expectation that 80% of those who start the programme will complete.
For contract year 2021-22 the locally agreed tariff will be £799.86 (£399.93 for starters and £399.93 for completers).
For remaining years of the 3 year contract, and the possible 2 year extension, the locally agreed tariff may be updated in line with increments in the national tariff. Payment of CQUIN will be made in accordance with the national guidance for the relevant contract year.
4.7 The schedule of indicative activity for each locality has been revised and the 2021/22 contract indicative activity plan is as follows. The volume of service users fluctuates, not all those who start the 6 month programme will complete it. The T3 service is a 6 month programme and therefore activity may extend across financial years.
