Peabody (“Peabody”) is seeking to appoint a single provider or consortium provider to operate the new Holloway Women’s Building once it opens in 2027. The Women's Building is envisioned as a welcoming space, catering to all women especially those affected by the criminal justice system or at risk of entering it. It will offer a range of facilities and services to women in the borough and beyond.

The operator must be able to operate and manage a building of this size (1,489sqm) safely and securely ensuring all costs associated with running the building are met. The operator must ensure the vision and objectives for the building are met. It must offer a range of facilities and services to women in the borough and beyond. The project aims to create a safe and empowering environment, fostering positive change and providing crucial resources for women.
