This is a flexible framework which will allow new entrants to gain access every 3 months or as often as required by the Framework Users. It will be continually advertised throughout the length of the Framework and providers may bid at any stage. Evaluations will take place every 3 months UNLESS there is an urgent requirement to evaluate sooner.
Call off will be via min-competition or depending on the circumstances pertaining to new build development, direct call off.
In order to gain access to the framework you MUST score 60 percent or above in the Quality section. Cumberland Council is fully supportive of all aspects of diversity including ethnicity, race, religion, age, disability and sexual orientation.
