Description

Malvern Hills District Council is inviting tenders for the internal reconfiguration of the Malvern Vale Community Centre to incorporate a new cafe and servery, removal of changing rooms and referee changing rooms to incorporate new flexible meeting spaces.

Mandatory Site Visits: Before tendering bidders must ascertain the nature of the site, access there to and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the works. Failure to visit site will result in a non-compliant tender bid. Arrangements for visit: Please contact Chris Manton (Project Surveyor). Email: christopher.manton@malvernhills.gov.uk. Dates allocated for site visits are 16th March - 27th March.

Location: Malvern Vale Community Centre, Swinyard Road, Malvern, WR14 1GU Length of Contract: 2 months (works to take place during months of July & August 2026) – 29th June 2026 – 28th August 2026 (9-week duration).

The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.

To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Malvern Hills District Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents.
