Essex, Kent, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire Police Constabularies are seeking bids for the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme service to provide rapid access to Counselling, welfare assistance and support to Staff and their Families.

Psychological absence is one of the Forces largest areas for absence, and therefore requires both a proactive and reactive approach to supporting staff and their families with mental health issues including stress and pressure, both at work and in their personal life whilst reducing short term and long-term absenteeism.

This is an open procurement for EAP services for Essex, Kent, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire Police Constabularies for the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme service to provide rapid access to Counselling, welfare assistance and support to Staff and their Families.

The specification has been designed to cover all eventualities, however budgetary requirements for different forces require different options. This is reflected in the pricing schedule.

Price for full specification excluding options or a price for telephony services only. The forces require the ability to activate options in the specification throughout the lifetime of the contract dependant on budgetary and market forces at the time.
