Knowsley Council is seeking tender submissions from a suitably experienced and skilled Meanwhile Operator (each a tenderer) to enter into a lease (the Lease) in respect of the meanwhile operation of two Council owned buildings (henceforth collectively referred to as ‘the properties’) in Huyton Village Centre (HVC).

The meanwhile operation is the temporary commercial use of the properties for a minimum period of three years (with the potential to extend for a period of up to a further 2 years). Submissions are sought from experienced operators of managed workspace for creating a creative, digital and maker co-working community. The meanwhile operation must commence no later than 30th September 2021 with tenants in at least one of the properties.
