The meanwhile operation is the temporary commercial use of the properties for a minimum period of three years (with the potential to extend for a period of up to a further 2 years). Submissions are sought from experienced operators of managed workspace for creating a creative, digital and maker co-working community. The meanwhile operation must commence no later than 30th September 2021 with tenants in at least one of the properties.
