This is a lifting response service for Liverpool registered patients, meeting the needs of those who have fallen in their usual place of residence, have called 999 or alerted via a falls pendant alarm and do not appear to have an injury that requires a clinical intervention from a Health Care Professional, but is unable to recover themselves from the floor, following defined triage processes.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Liverpool Place has awarded a 6 month contract via Direct Award C to the incumbent provider to deliver a lifting response service in Liverpool. The contract will start on 1st April 2025, expire on 30th September 2025 and has a total contract value of £68,000.
