Prior to finalising the contract documentation and issuing the formal Contract Notice, the Council is keen to provide information to bidders about the forthcoming opportunity and to give the chance for prospective bidders to ask questions and provide feedback on the proposed tender opportunity
In brief, North Kesteven District Council requires the provision of the following services:
• Call handling, tenant liaison and provision of repairs / maintenance reporting and tracking system
• Pre-Repair Inspection Services
• Supply of labour and / or materials to provide a general / minor repairs and maintenance service (excluding heating)
• Cleaning, decoration and works to void properties
• Disabled Adaptations (e.g., level floor wet rooms, including design)
• Decoration scheme for tenants
• Cyclical and planned works (e.g., kitchens and bathroom replacements)
