Submissions will only be accepted from bidders who are insurers regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to underwrite insurance business in the UK.

three.1.2) Economic and financial standing

List and brief description of selection criteria

Credit Rating: Bidders must be rated at least “A minus (-)” with Standard & Poor's or equivalent rating with another ratings provider.

Insurance: Bidders must hold, or commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance stated in the Contract Notice.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required

Credit Rating: Rated at least “A minus (-)” with Standard & Poor's or equivalent rating with another ratings provider.

Insurance: Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5,000,000 (five million) GBP; Public Liability Insurance = 10,000,000 (ten million) GBP; and Professional Indemnity Insurance = 5,000,000 (five million) GBP.
