A contract for the provision of Print Brokerage Services, as further described in Document No. 2 (the Specification) is being tendered by WSCC in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) covering all print types, including but not limited to:• leaflets • brochures and flyers • business stationery • posters and banners • photocopying • books, manuals and directories • CDs/DVDs• promotional material• bespoke signage e.g. Corporate signage• vehicle livery• variable data/transactional printing i.e. Council tax invoices• direct mail • pull-ups banners, pop-up stands, vinyl banners et al for exhibitions• variable data printingThe Services will include elements of digital based campaigns, moving away from physical print where appropriate.

Description of renewals

It is anticipated that the Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 5 years from the Commencement Date of 01 October 2022, with an option to extend on the same terms and conditions at WSCC’s discretion by an additional 2 years in any combination. The maximum duration of the Contract Term will therefore be 7 years.
