two.2.4) Description of the procurement

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (STH) are looking to establish a Framework Agreement (FWA) for the delivery of Executive Level Clinical Coaching services. The duration of the Framework agreement will be three years with an optional extension period of one year.
● The aim of the FWA is to create a matrix of approved suppliers under which individual contracts (call-offs) can be made throughout the term of the agreement. Award to the Framework is not a commitment contract for service, the call offs made from it are.
● There are currently 30/31 members of staff (including Clinical Directors and Trust Executive Group) that require clinical coaching, though this volume is subject to change annually.
