Description of possible extension:
UKRI may extend this initial 12-month Contract for a period of up to 3 x 12 months by giving not less than 3 months’ notice in writing to the Service Provider prior to the Expiry Date. The terms and conditions of this Contract shall apply throughout any such extended period.
