RCA is seeking a reputable facilities management contractor with a proven track record in directly delivering and managing technically demanding facilities management services including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, building fabric, cleaning, waste, pest, security/reception, helpdesk services, transportation and landscaping, external cleaning and associated compliance services to RCA’s three (3) London campuses.

RCA expects the TFM contract to commence in January 2024 for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend the contract by 1+1 years.
