To provide the full range of alcoholic and associated beverages to sites throughout South Wales. The Alcoholic Beverages contract that currently exists has been utilised by approximately 28 establishments situated across South Wales. The type of establishment vary from Council/Trust Leisure Centres, Theatres and Sports Clubs to Community Association Clubs and Village Social Clubs.

Likewise, the volume turnover varies considerably by site from a small hall turning over 10 brewers barrels a year to large community associations turning over nearly 250 barrels a year. With such a large diverse customer base, the expectation also varies with regard to Representation and Customer/Service Support. Many sites place a large emphasis on regular, personal contact with representatives, whilst others were happy with telesales representation and only infrequent personal contact; however, this is not in relation to account turnover, in fact, in many instances, quite the contrary.
