Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council intends to appoint a Contractor to enable the Council to provide bereavement services, including well-operated and maintained cemeteries and a new crematorium expected to open in early 2023. The services include, but not limited to, hard landscaping (e.g. cleansing), internment (e.g. grave digging), grounds maintenance (e.g. grass cutting);
