This notice relates to Domestic Heating services to properties owned/managed by Metropolitan Housing Trust Limited trading as Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH). See tender documents for additional information.
The works envisaged in the specification may include but are not limited to:
*Servicing of Domestic Appliances, which could include but are not limited to gas, electric, oil, solid fuel, air-source and bio-mass appliances, pressurised cylinders and annual Landlord Gas or equivalent Safety Certification
*Maintenance and repairs to all appliances, including but not limited to gas, oil, solid fuel, air-source or bio-mass appliances, as well as heating and hot water systems that include water tanks, pressurised/unvented cylinders and/or calorifiers.
*24 Hour, seven days per week, 365 days per year responsive repair service to all heating and hot water appliances.
*Servicing and annual safety check of cooking appliances owned by the landlord
*Reactive and Programmed boiler replacement
*Inspection, servicing and, where required by the contract administrator, replacement of safety devices including smoke alarms, heat alarms and carbon monoxide alarms
*Inspection and reporting of the presence of intumescent strips and letter box flaps on FEDs for flats only
*‘Fit for human habitation check’ which includes inspection and reporting of:
o Health and Safety issues that may affect the resident
