Price / Quality Criteria
All compliant Quotations received will be evaluated according to the criteria and using the process stated below.
Evaluation of all Quotations received will be conducted by reference to 'price' and 'non-price' criteria detailed below. The split between price and quality will be as follows:
Price 70%
Non-price - Quality 30%
The scores for 'price' and for 'non-price' will be combined to give a total score out of 100 percent.
The Council will accept the Quotation, which is most economically advantageous, i.e. a balance between price and quality.
