Description

Cambridge Folk Festival seeks experienced suppliers to submit a quotation for the provision of bar services for the 2026 Festival, dates of which are Saturday 1 & Sunday 2 August 2026.

The services are divided into multiple lots, as detailed in the RFQ.

Suppliers may submit a quotation for all lots (the full scope of services) or for one or more individual lots. The successful supplier(s) will be required to supply, operate, and manage bar services for the 2026 Festival in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFQ and any resulting contract.

Full details of the services required, including the breakdown of lots, specific requirements, and any additional obligations, are set out in the specification documents.

Please note that the Contract Value is the unknown, as this depends on many factors i.e. amount of sales etc.

Description of possible extension:

The contract is for the 2026 Folk Festival, however, the option is there for the 2027 Folk Festival.

Within 20m x 10m marquee. Marquee is used exclusively as a bar. Marquee is

provided by the Festival and recharged back to the successful Concessionaire.
