Please note this is a tender under the Light Touch Regime
Surrey County Council are looking for a provider(s) to deliver Care & Support at Beechwood Court and Chestnut Court which are extra care housing settings in the Spelthorne Borough Council area.
Such a service will be comprised of a dedicated service which delivers a 24/7 emergency care presence alongside a care team to respond to planned support needs amongst SCC-funded residents.
In agreement with A2 Dominion as landlord, it has been agreed to sequence the approach to market for both settings, such that new providers can be procured for a contract start of 1st October 2023.
The following tender will be split into the following lots:
Lot 1 – Beechwood Court
Lot 2 – Chestnut Court
Please note: Beechwood Court has previously been delivered with a Sleeping Night service, the new Beechwood Court contract, will transition from a Sleeping Night service to a Waking Night Service.
