two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The scope is to provide consultancy services specialising in the design, delivery and embedment of business change, including but not limited to collaboration strategies, skills development, changing organisational culture and behaviours.

The service will bring water utility expertise and direction to support innovation, and work in partnership with our Digital & Transformation Strategic Partners.

Scottish Water is looking to award a multiple supplier consultancy framework to deliver these consultancy services to support organisational transformation. The successful consultancy services bidders will be engaged on a project by project basis to deliver the consultancy services, and/or project outputs or outcomes.

Scottish Water will allocate work between the successful bidders based on specific competencies in the first instance but reserve the right to complete mini-competition or other methods depending on the scope, size, and complexity of the projects.

The successful consultancy services bidders will have extensive knowledge, experience and a proven track record in delivering transformation change and projects within utility and construction industry, water experiences will be preferable.

The consultancy service will enable and deliver sustainable and measurable transformations to support Scottish Waters strategic plan.

The consultancy service will provide suitably qualified and experienced consultants to supplement internal teams, working under the direction of Scottish Water.

Applicants will be expected to be of sufficient financial and economic standing to support the anticipated contract value. All applicants must complete the financial questions within the qualification section of the Invitation to Negotiate. Financial standing relevant to the anticipated contract value will be determined by Scottish Water based on the response to the Invitation to Negotiate and any further financial checks deemed necessary

Applicants who fail to supply all of the information requested in response to this Notice or any resulting tender exercise may risk elimination
